A sustainability report is a document that describes a company’s sustainability performance, including its environmental, social, and governance impacts. The sustainability report may include a variety of information such as energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, digital sustainability, number of workplace incidents, employee diversity, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

A sustainability report is an important tool for companies to demonstrate their commitment to sustainability and communicate their performance to stakeholders such as investors, customers, employees, and members of the community. Additionally, a sustainability report can be used to identify opportunities for improvement and establish long-term sustainability goals.

Often within the sustainability report, the GHG Protocol and ESG’s scope standards are used as a benchmark.
